MEET THE DOCTORS

Enrique Tabarini DDS, MS
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Enrique Tabarini was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from The Latin American University of Science and Technology. He completed two years of General Practice Residency before continuing his training at The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he earned both his Master of Science (MS) degree and certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During his final year at UAB, he served as Chief Resident and was elected to the Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars.

Dr. Tabarini has placed thousands of implants and specializes in full-arch restorations such as All-on-X, zygomatic and pterygoid implants, hybrid prostheses, and advanced bone grafting. He completed a pediatric fellowship in Mexico and continues to volunteer throughout Latin America, treating children with cleft and craniofacial conditions.

He is certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and is an active member of:

AAOMS, SSOMS, Texas Society of OMS, ACPA, IAOMS, AACS, IAAAM
David R. Mulherin, DDS
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Mulherin is a native Texan, born and raised in Amarillo. He attended Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University before graduating from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1973. He then entered the General Practice Residency in the United States Army at General Leonard Wood Army Hospital in Missouri before finishing his military service at Fort Ord, California in 1976.

He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Medial Branch at Galveston in 1979 and then began a private practice in Conroe and The Woodlands. Dr. Mulherin is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is proud to have a supportive staff with more than 250 years combined oral surgical experience. Dr. Mulherin lives near Lake Conroe with his wife, Karla.
Angel Sanchez. DDS
Prosthodontist | Advanced Prosthodontics
Born and raised in Houston, Dr. Sánchez grew up surrounded by dentistry—his parents are both dental specialists in the Houston area. Inspired by their passion and the gratitude of their patients, he pursued his own journey in the field. He earned his dental degree from Universidad de Monterrey and later completed advanced prosthodontics training at Tufts University in Boston.

With experience treating underserved communities and complex restorative cases, Dr. Sanchez brings both heart and precision to his work. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and is proud to serve patients in the community where he was raised.
